Service description
Tropixus is a digital directory and discovery platform that connects the Latin American community in Europe with local businesses and events. Bookings, ticket purchases and the rewards programme are all managed exclusively via our mobile app.
Registration and user account
To access features such as saving favourites or managing bookings, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out via your account.
Permitted use
You agree to use Tropixus lawfully and respectfully. You must not scrape data, automate bulk access, attempt to breach our systems, impersonate others, or publish content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties.
Bookings, tickets and payments
Transactions are carried out via the Tropixus app. Cancellation and refund policies are specified for each booking or ticket purchase. Tropixus acts as a technical intermediary between users and listed businesses.
User-generated content
Any reviews and comments you post are your own work and are your responsibility. You grant Tropixus a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them within the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these terms.

Tropixus is a directory. The details of the businesses and events listed are provided by third parties and, although we endeavour to verify them, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy. We are not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the listed businesses.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation applies.
